Our story
RoamingFlex launched under Vektor Utility Holdings Limited with a clear mandate: remove every unnecessary step between a traveler needing mobile data and a traveler having mobile data.
We spent months auditing every major eSIM provider (Airalo, Holafly, Nomad, Ubigi), cataloguing every friction point in their purchase and activation flows. What we found was consistent: the technology was mature, but the experience was not. Too many providers prioritised app-install metrics over customer outcomes.
