Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RoamingFlex platform, operated by Vektor Utility Holdings Limited, a company registered in England & Wales under company number 17174994, with its registered office at 12A Mead Way, Group First House, Padiham, Lancashire, BB12 7NG, United Kingdom. By creating an account or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction to use RoamingFlex. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@roamingflex.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, violate these Terms, or engage in fraudulent activity.
3. eSIM Plan Purchases
eSIM data plans are digital products delivered as QR codes. Upon successful payment, your QR code is displayed on screen and sent to your registered email address. Plans are subject to the data volume and validity period specified at the time of purchase.
- Plans are activated when you scan the QR code on your device.
- Validity periods begin from the date of activation, not the date of purchase.
- Data allowances are non-transferable between plans or devices once activated.
- No subscription is required to purchase individual plans.
- The optional Frequent Traveler subscription renews monthly and can be cancelled at any time before the next billing date.
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices are displayed in EUR by default and converted to other supported currencies at the rates shown at checkout. Currency conversion rates are fixed at the time of purchase. We accept major credit and debit cards and digital wallets.
Promo codes are single-use per account unless stated otherwise. They may not be combined with other offers. We reserve the right to revoke promo codes that are misused.
5. Refunds
Unused plans are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the QR code has not been activated. Please see our Refund Policy for full details. Activated plans are non-refundable unless the plan fails to function due to a verified technical error on our part.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use RoamingFlex to:
- Resell, transfer, or sublicense purchased eSIM plans to third parties for commercial gain.
- Engage in any illegal activity or violate applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform.
- Create multiple accounts to abuse promo codes or referral systems.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the RoamingFlex platform (text, design, software, and brand elements) is the intellectual property of Vektor Utility Holdings Limited or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any platform content without prior written consent.
8. Service Availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for connectivity issues caused by your device, local carrier restrictions, or network outages outside our control. eSIM functionality depends on your device's hardware and software compatibility.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vektor Utility Holdings Limited's liability for any claim arising from your use of RoamingFlex is limited to the amount you paid for the specific plan that gave rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting support@roamingflex.com. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for material breach of these Terms. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of active plans unless the termination is caused by our breach.
11. Dispute Resolution
We encourage you to contact us first at support@roamingflex.com to resolve any dispute informally. If an informal resolution is not possible, disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the company's registered jurisdiction, as notified to you on request.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
